We are nestled in a beautiful quiet neighborhood in Big Bear City in the East end of Big Bear Valley, and very conveniently located off scenic Highway 38 (which is our preferred route into Big Bear!).
We are about a 10 minute drive to Vons, Stater Brothers and Starbucks, and about a 15 minute drive to the ski resorts and village. We are a short walk to Maple Hill Trails or Sugarloaf Park with a kids playground, baseball and basketball field and public skate park

Free Big Bear Trolley:
Mountain Transit's Free Big Bear Trolley service offers convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors to help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley.
Traffic and illegal parking are a significant issue for Big Bear during the busy winter and summer seasons. We encourage everyone to leave their vehicles at their homes or rentals and hop on the Free Big Bear Trolley to navigate the town.
Three new routes have been specially designed to make accessing restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops, ski resorts, snow play areas, parks and work easy and efficient.
